Printing anything?

In the month since returning to the studio, I’ve only had the press up and running once, mainly to finish the text portion of the Ottawa Press Gang collaboration. I also printed a small block given to me by a printer in England, showing a library, or more likely, a bookstore:

Thanks to Sam Allen of Eagle Press (at the Criche Tramway Museum near Alfreton) for this gift. I think this block must have been used for a bookseller’s catalogue. While a wood engraver could pull off this kind of detail, this metal block was rendered photomechanically, probably from a pen and ink drawing. From the printed copy I can just make out the artist’s name: Hubert David. No meaningful hits after a cursory google search.
